GUARANTEE

Your cheer bowz are guaranteed for great craftsmanship. Any bow that may be defective because of materials, of course may be returned, as long as it has not been worn; NOT because your cheerleader did not take of it or used it to hold her hair up in a ponytail. *Please see instructions on "How To Wear 'Em".

Of course I cannot guarantee rubberbands. If your rubberbands break, as they sometimes do, please notify me and I will be happy to send you replacement rubberbands. They can be easily replaced with a hot glue gun.

RETURNS

I cannot or will not accept any returns on any items that have been worn. Please contact me with any questions regarding this policy prior to placing an order, as all sales are final.

PROCESSING

I am currently taking 3-4 weeks to process all team bow orders, not including shipping time. Entire-Program bows may require additional processing time. All orders begin processing once payment has been received in full, no exceptions. I do not offer RUSH or PRIORITY service, so please do not ask. It would not be fair for me to offer this service to a team/program, take money from them to rush their order through AND past yours. It shows both a lack of character and business ethics. I won't do it, so please don't ask me to.

SAMPLES

I am no longer able to provide your team with free samples during this season (September to January), no exception. If you require a sample bow for your team/program, you must purchase it at full price. Free sample bows are only available from February to August (plus S/H).

PAYMENTS

You may make your payment with MasterCard or VISA through PayPal at YOUGOGIRLCHEERBOWZ@VERIZON.NET. All invoices sent for PayPal payments will include a 4% Service Fee. If you choose to make payment via personal/business check or money order, please note that processing of orders will begin 10 business days after receiving personal/business check.

Schools and Universities: I will be happy to provide a detailed invoice for your Administration, but please please note that processing of your order will not begin until payment has been received in full.

Spend the following amount (pre S/H) and I will provide the corresponding discount on your invoice!

$500 - $900 subtotal = 10% OFF

$901 - $1500 subtotal = 15% OFF

$1501 or more subtotal = 20% OFF
