Stuff To Know
GUARANTEE
Your cheer bowz are guaranteed for great craftsmanship. Any bow that may be defective because of materials, of course may be returned, as long as it has not been worn; NOT because your cheerleader did not take of it or used it to hold her hair up in a ponytail. *Please see instructions on "How To Wear 'Em". Bottom line is...THEY ARE MADE TO LAST...through your entire season!
Of course we cannot guarantee rubberbands. If your rubberbands break, as they sometimes do, please notify us and we will be happy to send you replacement rubberbands. They can be easily replaced with a hot glue gun. We are not responsible for broken rubberbands and will not repair or replace bows with broken rubberbands.
RETURNS
BOWZ: We cannot or will not accept any returns on any items that have been worn. Please contact us with any questions regarding this policy prior to placing an order, as all sales are final.
MAKE-UP: All sales are final.
*PLEASE NOTE: All orders are considered firm when placed. If an order is cancelled, 50% will be refunded. 50% of the order will be retained as payment for "work in progress".
PROCESSING
We are currently taking 3 weeks to process all team bow orders, not including shipping time. Entire-Program bows may require additional processing time. All orders begin processing once payment has been received in full, no exceptions. We do not offer RUSH or PRIORITY service, so please do not ask. It would not be fair for us to offer this service to a team/program, take money from them to rush their order through AND past yours. It shows both a lack of character and business ethics. We won't do it, so please don't ask us to.
SAMPLES
BOWZ: We are no longer able to provide your team with free samples, no exception. It has been brought to our attention that not only athletes are ordering samples and wearing them for indiviual/stunt groups, but our competitors are also ordering samples to "check out" the technique used to complete these bowz. Unfortunately this will now affect all legitimate teams/programs and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you require a sample bow for your team/program, you must purchase it at full price plus shipping. If your team/program places an order with us, your sample bow price will be refunded to you minus shipping.
MAKE-UP & CHEER WEAR: Free samples of make-up & cher wear are not provided. You may purchase 1 make-up kit with your color choices or your favorite cheer wear set.
PAYMENTS
You may make your payment with MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover or personal/business checking ccount through PayPal.
To make payment via money order requires an emailed invoice to you.
*All New York State customers must pay 8.75% state sales tax on purchases (either through this website or invoiced). If you have a tax exempt certificate, a copy must me scanned and emailed to us for our records. Upon receipt of the tax exempt form, your paid tax will be refunded to you through PayPal.
**Please note that processing of ALL orders will begin once payment has "cleared".
Schools and Universities: We will be happy to provide a detailed invoice for your Administration, but please please note that processing of your order will not begin until payment has been received in full.
VOLUME DISCOUNTS
BOWZ: Yes! You and your team or program may qualify for a volume discount, based on the size of your order! When ordering your bowz through the ADD TO CART feature, the volume discount won't appear there. You must pay the entire CART total with S/H and then you will receive a PayPal refund from me for the volume discount; or request n adjusted invoice.
MAKE-UP & CHEER WEAR: Volume dscounts don't apply to make-up or cheer gear. Please email us for details on discounting your team makeup 10+ kits and cheer wear 20+ identical pieces.
